Ecommerce product names as H2 Tag , no H1

Does this kind of structuring on an Ecommerce website make any sort of impact?

Where in the products are listed with a H2 tag. No h1 exists and there is no other h2 tags on the page.

I remember reading that it doesn’t but was curious if anyone had conflicting opinions?
