Deal pipeline rules (beta)

Ensure data integrity, support better reporting and enable more accurate stage-driven workflows by controlling your pipeline with the new deal pipeline rules

The rules include preventing users from skipping stages (except moving to the closed lost stage), limiting the deal creation to one deal stage and restricting the backward movement of deals.

Scheduling pages allow additional guests in meetings (beta)

All necessary meeting attendees can now quickly receive a calendar invitation by prompting your customers or prospects to include up to 10 additional attendees when booking time on a scheduling page calendar (also known as a meeting link).

Allowing people to add guests to the meetings themselves prevents back-and-forth communication with your team and ensures all necessary attendees (such as decision-makers) will be notified of the call.

Custom funnel report builder supports optional/skip stages and more objects (beta)

Create more accurate conversion rates by skipping “optional” middle lifecycle stages and reporting on company lifecycle stages (such as in ABM) by using the new options and additional objects included in the new custom funnel report builder.

Note: Reports created in the legacy custom funnel report builder will be available until February 2024.

View purchased products on the contact or company record (beta)

Eliminate the need for opening all associated deals, scrolling through all the line items and noting in an outside tool which products your customers purchased by using the new Product History card in the middle panel of the contact or company record.

Subscriptions can collect or refund a prorated amount for mid-term changes (beta)

You can easily adjust subscriptions based on the needs of unique buyers, with less friction, now that HubSpot subscriptions can collect or refund a prorated amount for that term when the subscriptions change.

Social media publishing supports more tags and mentions

Boost social media engagement while reducing your team’s reliance on third-party tools or cumbersome multi-tool social posting work by using the new features to tag Instagram profiles in photos and reels and mention LinkedIn personal profiles, when scheduling posts in HubSpot.

Commenting improvements for live updates and permissions

Collaborate more effectively with your team now that comments inside of HubSpot load in real time. You no longer need to refresh your browser to see updates.

In other commenting visibility improvements, you can reduce friction and build trust for your in-HubSpot collaboration processes since the commenters will now be prevented from @-mentioning a user if the user does not have permission to view the item being discussed.

CRM email permissions for in-HubSpot privacy (beta)

Increase privacy and security for your teams and for customer information using the new release to limit user viewing permissions on CRM (non-marketing) emails on contact records. This includes manually logged emails and emails from connected inboxes such as Gmail.

Mobile updates for forecasts and contact assignment notifications (beta)

Make informed decisions away from your computer now that the HubSpot mobile app allows you to submit and check sales forecasts for all pipelines

Increase the odds of achieving those forecasted goals and more by using the new feature to allow a push notification to reps’ phones when they are assigned a new contact, allowing them to reach out to potential customers as soon as possible.

Slack integrations support email, WhatsApp and forms inbox channels

If your company uses Slack, you can prevent your team from missing important customer messages now that the Slack integration more completely connects to HubSpot inboxes, including alerts about emails, WhatsApp messages and form submissions sent to the inbox.

These updates are in addition to the existing integration functionality for live chat and Facebook Messenger. You can select which inbox channels sync to Slack.

Help your team remember to use playbooks to protect process consistency and complete data collection for reporting, now that a “recommended enablement” card can be added prominently to the center panel of records such as deals or contacts. Previously, users had to scroll down in the right-side menu to find the playbooks.

Additional conditional property options (beta)

Adding onto September’s release of conditional properties, you can improve your reporting data quality and your team’s data-entry experience now that these conditions for showing specific property values will be enforced in all places inside the CRM. Previously, this logic was only shown on the Create record page, which allowed for workarounds. You can watch a demo here.

New call analytics and call review features

View and analyze all HubSpot call data in one place, instead of relying on custom reports or third-party tools, using the new Call Analytics page populated out-of-the-box reporting.

Coach your team more efficiently and accurately using the new features on the redesigned call review screen, including call stats (pacing, customer engagement, talk time ratio and more), the ability for managers to leave threaded timestamped comments when listening to a call and a new 1.25 speed for listening to calls.

HubSpot, a leading CRM platform, has recently announced its November 2023 product releases, and there are some exciting updates that you should be aware of. In this guide, we’ll take a closer look at the new features and how they can benefit your team.

1. Enhanced Sales Hub

The Sales Hub has received a significant update with new features designed to help sales teams close deals faster. The updated deal pipeline now includes AI-powered deal scoring, which uses machine learning to predict the likelihood of a deal closing. This feature can help your team prioritize their efforts and focus on the deals with the highest potential.

Additionally, the Sales Hub now includes a new feature called “Playbooks,” which provides your team with step-by-step guidance on how to handle different sales scenarios. This can be particularly useful for new hires or team members who need a refresher on best practices.

2. Improved Marketing Hub

The Marketing Hub has also received some notable updates. The new “Content Assistant” feature uses AI to suggest content ideas based on your target audience and marketing goals. This can help your team come up with fresh and relevant content that resonates with your audience.

Another exciting update is the “Campaign Analytics” feature, which provides in-depth insights into the performance of your marketing campaigns. This can help you identify what’s working and what’s not, so you can make data-driven decisions to improve your marketing strategy.

3. Enhanced Service Hub

The Service Hub has been updated with new features to help your team provide better customer support. The new “Knowledge Base” feature allows you to create a self-service portal where customers can find answers to their questions without needing to contact your support team.

Additionally, the Service Hub now includes a “Customer Feedback” feature that allows you to collect and analyze customer feedback in real-time. This can help you identify areas for improvement and ensure that your customers are satisfied with the support they receive.

4. New Integrations

HubSpot has also announced several new integrations with popular tools like Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. These integrations can help your team stay connected and collaborate more effectively, even when working remotely.

For example, the Slack integration allows you to receive notifications about new leads or deals directly in Slack, so you can quickly follow up with potential customers. The Zoom integration allows you to schedule and join video calls directly from HubSpot, making it easier to connect with clients or team members.
