Having a ton of trouble ranking my site. Domain Age over a year.

Hey everyone! New to Reddit, largely a reader but this is my first post. Anyone here willing to offer some genuine help with telling me what’s incorrect with my site?

I am ranking# 1 on the Google Local listings, but my overall niche is a low SEO difficulty space. Paid campaigns are high though in my space. Anyone here willing to offer some tips/ suggestions?
