Hey guys. I flip sites( or have started to flip sites) and would like to team up with someone to stimulate the process quicker. I do all the developing and admin, and you help build links to it.
I usually do niche sites in locations, believe “Electricians in Colorado” and then a page for each location with a reasonable population.
My first site sold, but this was a starter site with no work. I think i could sell for much more if we did some work on it.
